Research has shown it's also good for your brain! Physical activity has a noticeable impact on almost all regions of the brain in part from the increased blood flow during exercise. On days where your busy schedule doesn't allow for a full-blown workout — remember that carving out just 15 minutes is very beneficial to your health.
